The CLIENT
Fife Capital is an independent alternative asset manager with a 50-year history of owning and operating assets. The have two primary business areas: Funds and Assets Management, and Investment Advisory.

Not having undertaken a residential project, Fife Capital needed to assemble a team of experts. Allan and Ben Fife knew Peter Chittenden and his contribution to many previous projects.
After months of planning and positioning, Peter and his team were appointed to execute the pre-sales and marketing campaign. The task demanded the sale of 100% of apartments at a record rate: within 10 weeks from public launch, and every buyer must settle.
With its central location, the site was amalgamated with the intention of creating a unique office building. However, a two-year marketing campaign (in the middle of a financial crisis) to secure a commercial tenant had proved unsuccessful.
The launch date was November 2013. The goal was achieved, and construction completed in November 2018. York & George was born.
