Altessa is a boutique residential development comprising 137 apartments across three buildings.
The project was positioned for Upper North Shore owner-occupiers and downsizers seeking a premium, low-maintenance apartment alternative without compromising space, outlook or design integrity.
Woodhill Property’s principals led end-to-end sales and marketing throughout the project’s lifecycle. Their role encompassed market positioning, campaign strategy, pricing advice, buyer engagement and sales execution through to final settlements.
The Masterplan
Designed by Nettleton Tribe, Altessa’s built form responds to the site’s contours and elevation to enhance solar access, natural ventilation and view corridors.
The architecture uses an organic material palette of timber-look façades, sandstone and textured finishes. These elements reference the character of the Upper North Shore while supporting durability and enduring architectural relevance.
Internally, layouts prioritise spatial efficiency, natural light and indoor–outdoor integration, supported by considered detailing and consistent finishes throughout the development.
The Location
Altessa occupies one of the highest points in Gordon on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, offering elevated district views and a refined balance of privacy, outlook and connection to the surrounding landscape.
