Wonderland is the final residential stage of Frasers Property’s iconic Central Park development, completing one of Sydney’s most significant urban renewal precincts.
Woodhill Property’s principals managed sales and marketing for the final residential stage. Their role included leading the sell-down strategy, maintaining consistent positioning across the broader Central Park masterplan and optimising sales absorption within a highly competitive inner-city apartment market.
The Developer
Wonderland was delivered by Frasers Property and designed by award-winning architects FJMT.
Woodhill Property’s principals worked within the broader project framework to complete the precinct’s final residential sell-down while preserving the established Central Park positioning.
The Masterplan
The 13-storey building comprises 294 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments supported by curated resident amenities, including a gymnasium, lounge and rooftop terrace.
The development also incorporates the Greenwood Early Education and Childcare Centre, accommodating 90 children and supporting Central Park’s broader vision as a self-sustaining urban village.
Project Delivery
Construction involved multiple buildings being developed simultaneously within an occupied precinct. Delivery required meticulous coordination across safety, logistics and staging, with significant heritage elements retained, protected and integrated throughout.
Wonderland demonstrates the discipline required to deliver high-density residential outcomes within an operational city precinct. It remains a benchmark for Woodhill Property’s ability to work successfully in complex live environments.
